So Much Talent
I've been following quite a few blogs and have seen so much crochet talent out there. I decided that this year I was going to explore color in my crochet projects. There are a few blogs that I follow that use color in wonderful ways. I wanted color to make me smile, be sunny, warm, spine tingling even. Have you checked out Lucy at Attic24? Sunshine's Creations? Crocheted My Best With My Worsted? Suz Crochet Groove? Rose Hip? and on and on and check the list to the right LOL. Many of these people, mostly women, not only crochet with some wonderful color combinations but they also design some really neat patterns or have found the pattern and combined colors in such a way as to make it their own. Lucy at Attic24 has a pattern for some cute little birdies that I've just fallen in love with. So far I've made four of them and plan on making more. It's a very good way for me to experiment with some color combos and try something new. I'll try to get you some pictures in the next few days.

I'm sure you will have a wonderful time playing with color! It's not my strong suit, either and I agree with you on the fabulous combinations the bloggers you mention use. I get inspired and happy whenever I see their posts. And I have you to thank for introducing me to them through your blog. Thank you!!
I, too, have been inspired by all the wonderful and "colorful" talent out there. What a neat little community we crocheters have. :)
Look at nature for great color combinations. Take a few pictures of things that you like, and use those colors in a project. I love color :)
Thanks for the information on color Kristy! If anyone knows what they're talking about it would be you. I'll give that a try, thanks again.
